Our community provides a resident lounge with a library and a computer with internet for residents to enjoy. We also offer an eloquent dining room, outdoor patio and gazebo, private meeting rooms and a guest reception room to be enjoyed by our residents and their families. All rooms are equipped with individual temperature controls to make one's stay here more comfortable. Our community meets and often exceeds all requirements of the American with Disabilities Act and the Federal and State Building Codes. Our activities program offers our residents an array of activities to participate in throughout the day. We are committed to scheduling a selection of a minimum 5 events per day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, entertainment as well as Religious programs are offered. Residents are strongly encouraged to attend. |

Our focus is to provide quality care and rehabilitation services for residents to ensure that each resident reaches the highest possible level of physical, mental, spritual, and psychosocial well-being. We are committed to continuous quality improvment and the interdisciplinary approach. Among our team is the Medical Director, Administrator, Register Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses , Nurse Aides, Therapists, an Activites Director, Social Worker, Registed Dietician, and other Clinical Specialist who work together to provide the best care plan for each individaul person. We strive to make our residents' stay as pleasant as possible. Osprey Ridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center provides pharmacy services for residents requiring prescription medication. Our Social Worker provides onsite support to residents and their families, as well as assisting in the admission and discharge processes. Osprey Ridge also offers highly trained and qualified occupational, physical and speech therapists to promote optimal growth and independence. |

How do I pay for the services? Payment for a stay and services can be made by many different methods. In our experience, most people are eligible for state and federal insurance coverage. It is best for you to contact our admissions department for further details on assessing your eligibility. Your situation will be reviewed on an individual basis. We will assist you in acheiving your goals of finding the best financial support available. Our Short Term Rehabilitation Programs offers a full range of medical and rehabilitative therapies to help restore personal recuperating from post surgical conditions and other healthcare needs requiring intensive nursing care and rehabilitative programs, Our goal is to restore each individual to their highest level of functioning and independence, so that they can return safely to their own home while preserving his/her independence and dignity. The short-term rehabilitation program provides care for short term care patients with orthopedic, nerological, neuromuscular, cardiovascular or arthritic disorders that may include stroke, fractures, amputation, brain injury, joint replacements, general strength and / or coordination loss, diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease and more. We also offer short term stays for seniors when their loved ones wish to go on vacation or just take time for themselves. Our rooms, food, and hospitality services will offer you piece of mind.
